Meeting Information

For Registration Desk and Exhibit Hall hours, please see the schedule which continually updates leading up to the meeting.

Industry Sponsors: For set-up and official Exhibit Hall hours, please refer to the service kit which is available and emailed out 30 days prior to the meeting start date.

Early Registration Deadline

Meeting registrations must be received by the NCS Executive Office by September 18, 2023 to receive the discounted early registration rate. All registrations received after this deadline will be assessed the regular fee.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration refund requests must be submitted in writing to the NCS Office no later than two weeks before the meeting. All refund requests will be subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be made after September 18, 2023.

To avoid registration problems, please verify your registration form and payment have been received. You will receive a conference confirmation email once you register.
